Story

工作稿 · Working draft — 名称与故事尚未定稿

Steward did not claim the resources as his own or pretend that allocation happened naturally. He recorded needs, made limits public, and made temporary stewardship transferable. Once resources began to flow, choices became visible: some received more, others waited longer. Fairness was no longer just good intentions; it had to be discussed.

He left: Resource stewardship that could be explained and handed over.

He handed to 018: Disagreements that could not be settled by silence.
